Charity Trivia Tournament!  |  Mr. Lukacsina's National AIDS Marathon Website

The Hammond Academic Team hosts the school's first Pop Culture for Charity Trivia Tournament the week of November 13. Teams of 3 students and/or faculty will compete after school, answering questions about music, movies, TV, sports, and more otherwise "useless information". The tournament benefits the Whitman-Walker AIDS Clinic in Washington, D.C. The team is supporting the fundraising efforts of Hammond Teacher T.J. Lukacsina as he raises money for the clinic by running in a global AIDS marathon in Florence, Italy during Thanksgiving week.

Each team is responsible for a minimum contribution of $50 to register. If you or your company would like to sponsor a team, please mail your check to Bob Jenkins at Hammond High, made out to Whitman-Walker Clinic, with at least one team member's name in the Memo Area.

Please register quickly, as we have a limit of 32 teams for this tournament. Our goal is to raise at least $2000 for the Whitman-Walker Clinic.

Total Student Teams Available:  24 23

Total Faculty Teams Available:  8 7

Please register your team early -- spots in the tournament are first come, first served.
You may change your team name and member information at a future time.
