Our school uses an on-line internet
program called PickATime to schedule
parent/teacher conferences. Parents with Internet access will be able
to go on-line
to take care of scheduling all their parent/teacher conferences and even
print out
their schedule and have an email reminder of their appointments sent to
them. To
access this program, please click on the PickATime scheduling
link on our
homepage http://www.hammondhs.org/
under Quick Links.
Parent-Teacher Conferences
will be held on Friday, February 12th only. The
PickATime program is easy to use and will be open for parents to create
appointments beginning on February 5 at 5:00pm
and ending on February 11 at
11:59pm. Just click on the Pick-A-Time "Schedule
Appointments" Quick Link.
In order to access this program, parents will need their child’s
student ID number.
This ID number can be found on any Howard County electronically administered
report card, interim, schedule or data testing report. If the student
is an 11th or
12th grader, parents can also find their ID number on any GPA worksheet.
Unfortunately, a student ID number cannot be given over the telephone.
If an
account was already created in November, the same user ID and password
can
be used; however, if no account has been established, the student’s
ID number will
be needed to create one.
If parents have trouble
using Pick-A-Time and need help with scheduling
appointments, Mrs. Katelin Anderson, Teachers’
Secretary, will be available to
provide assistance over the phone on Thursday, February 11th.
Mrs. Anderson can
be reached at 410-313-7615 between the hours of
7:30 am and 2:30 pm. If parents
are unavailable on February 12th or cannot find a time slot that works
on this day,
they will need to contact the Counseling Center to
set up an individual conference
by dialing 410-313-7620.
