Mrs. Brown and Mrs. Fukushima are your class sponsors until you graduate
and you can find us in Rooms 517 and 603. We hope that you will plan on participating in all the school activities in a BIG way! The more you DO, the more FUN you will have, and the more MEANINGFUL the end of your Junior Year
and your whole Senior Year will become! This is a great time to be at Hammond!
Every member of the Class is expected to pay yearly dues of $28.00. The money raised will fund class activities. This will greatly reduce the cost of your major
senior year activities, too! Please bring your dues (payable by cash or check) to
Ms. Brown or Mrs. Fukushima in room 517 or 603.
To those students who have paid already paid 2007-2008 dues: To get a lanyard
in time for homecoming, you must pay 2008-2009 dues by 9/2/08.
To those students who have not paid any dues: To get your lanyard in time for homecoming, you must pay your 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 dues by 9/2/08.

We will be accepting nominations for President, Vice President, Class
Representative, Treasurer, and Secretary upon return to school. See Mrs. Brown
or Mrs. Fukushima for nomination forms. Elections will be held in late September. NEW! Class Committees We will be having committees for the Homecoming float
(or mural), Social, Fundraising, Dances, Bulletin board and Newsletter this year. Students will have the chance to sign up for each committee and Mrs. Brown and
Mrs. Fukushima will appoint committee heads.

The Class of 2011 will have a table to represent their class on back to school night. Stop by and check out what the Sophomores are up to.
NEW! The OFFICIAL CLASS OF 2011 Sophomore T-SHIRT will be available
soon! We are trying to have new t-shirts on display by back to school night. Our
goal is to take orders on September 8th so shirts will be here by Homecoming (September 20).
This is an important announcement from the Finance Office. All students that
have financial obligations must report to the Financial Office to pay their
obligations. Students with unpaid financial obligations will not be allowed to participate in non-athletic extracurricular activities (i.e.: dances, senior picnic, junior/senior prom). Students can check with Ms. Loschiavo in the Finance
Office to take care of any obligations they may have. If you have any questions,
please contact Ms. Loschiavo at 410-313-7615.
Parents, if you would like to receive emails on how you can become involved
with your student's class please e-mail Mrs. Fukushima and she will add you to
