Senior Information Sheet 2009:
  Word
The purpose of this information gathering sheet
is to assist the senior awards committee in nominating students for scholarships. Often, the Guidance
Department receives scholarships for which we may nominate only one student. Therefore, the scholarship is not advertised to the student population. These
questions are based upon the criteria of the scholarships we have received in the
past. Please complete this sheet and return to Mrs. Sivell in Guidance by Friday, October 30.

The Choices Program (Access Bridges.com) is available in the Guidance Resource Center and in the Media Center. Juniors and seniors are especially encouraged to
use this program to explore college information and to locate financial aid/ scholarships. Sophomores and freshman are encouraged to take a career interest inventory and investigate careers. Cards with the password are available in Counseling Office.
User ID: 28512; Password: o6112ps2
These are case sensitive, please use lower case letters.

New! Counselors will be hosting lessons on the Choices Program for 10th and
11th grade Social Studies classes. Lessons are scheduled in the media center on
the following dates: October 19, 20, 21, 26, and 28.
